We are a small, very friendly group of keen photographers of all ages who meet at Badby Village Hall on 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.Badby & District Photographic Society, as it was originally known, was conceived in Badby on November 4th 1981, confirmed on December 2nd 1981 and born on January 6th 1982!We have had talks by well known local wildlife experts and slide shows about New Zealand, the industrial heart of England and lakes and mountains. In addition to all this we run a number of competitions throughout the year, between club members and against other local clubs. We may be small, but we like to think big!! We are in the process of bringing our club into the 21st century by applying for a grant to purchase some state of the art digital equipment so that we will be able to run special digital evenings for everyone to come along to.So whether you're already a digital expert, want to learn more, prefer slides, have a simple instamatic or an ancient brownie, please come along and meet us.
Our new year starts on September 5th with some of our members showing us their work. For more info phone Carolyn on (01327) 877485 |

We have a wide and varied programme, catering for all types of photography. This year’s programme has included practical evenings in a studio, taking night photography and experimenting with table top photography. |
